I had been looking for a place for several weeks, when I came across a townhouse listed with Josie Davis. My schedule was very busy at the time, so Josie rearranged her schedule to show me the unit. Although the unit fit my needs, there were a few items that would prevent me from signing the paperwork. One of the items was parking for a long wheel base SUV, that I use for work. The available parking would not fit my personal vehicle, along with the SUV. Josie worked several days to find alternative parking that I would be satisfied with. She actually found a great space, at no additional charge, for me. I can't say enough about her attentiveness, punctuality, and work ethic. I am sure that I would still be looking for the perfect place if it weren't for Josie. If I were allowed to give 10 stars, I definitely would.

She proactively suggested and negotiated several critical amenities/terms on my behalf, and continued to remain involved and highly accessible post-close to ensure that all the agreed-upon conditions were being met. She was always extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails, and reacted quickly to resolve any unexpected issues that arose. And on top of all that, she's very genuine and easy to work with.
