My family had worked with Tressana once before, but this was my first time working with her. She was always professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the property I wanted. I had the added wrinkle of being in Africa for the first 2 months of the home search and therefore couldn't be there to look at the houses myself or always be available a the right time. She worked with other members of my family to look through all of the homes and narrow them down to just the few she knew I would be interested in. She even put all of my forms online so that I could sign them electronically as I couldn't be there in person. She was a true expert and went above and beyond to find me the property I wanted. Selling your house in LA is easy. Selling your house in LA and getting the best deal possible - not so easy. The best part of working with Oliver is that he can steer the ship around all the pitfalls that cost you time and money. Buying and selling real estate is always a give and take, but without good representation - you'll be giving - a lot. We were very happy in our case. We finished above asking price and in record time. I estimate we had a 50% shorter start to close time than the average home sale in LA right now. So we finished quickly and didn't come off asking to do it. Oliver is a great deal maker and strong negotiator with solid relationships. Unless you're a real estate pro yourself, I would recommend you partner with Oliver on your next transaction. Oliver Mossi is a real estate agent extraordinaire! He went so far above and beyond what any other agent would have done for us. He is the reason we were able to finally complete the sale of our house. We had a very unusual situation when we sold our rental house. The tenant who signed the lease left at the end of the rental term but his estranged wife refused to leave and squatted for 3 months in an empty house. Oliver was tasked with getting the house sold which he managed to do after having to show it with the wife in it. He then had to work with the new owners, estranged husband and ourselves to evict her. This situation was compounded by the fact that she was a meth addict and an alcoholic. Oliver was the ONLY person she would deal with so he was thrust into the position of go between trying to keep her from destroying the house and getting her out. This went on for an agonizing 3 months and included constant vitriolic emails and texts from a crazy woman at all hours of the day and night. It took a special person to get this all sorted out and Oliver was that person. There is no doubt the outcome would have been much worse had he not stepped up and worked through all the issues on our behalf. Oliver Mossi is a diligent, hardworking agent. He was able to show and solicit offers for our house under very trying circumstances. And when it looked like we would lose the sale due to a crazy woman he came up with creative ways to work through all the challenges. This is the second time Oliver has been our agent. He sold us our current home several years ago and while there was nothing unusual about that sale he provided stellar service and guidance through the process. HE is a really GREAT real estate agent and we will use him again when we sell our current home!

Selling a house can be overwhelming and stressful, but Oliver and Elizabeth make it as simple as possible. They are prompt, communicative, professional and savvy. They helped us stage and massively declutter our home. Elizabeth, who has an amazing eye for staging, helped with placement of furniture, decorative items and lighting. Oliver brought in a gardening team that not only artfully pruned and weeded, but did light masonry work to fix and widen our brick walkway, added a drip line to make our yard completely irrigated, and added plants to fill in areas and add color. These efforts helped the appearance and increased the value of our home. By the end, our home looked far more spacious, inviting, cleaned up and ready for a photo shoot worthy of a magazine piece. They know exactly how to price a house. Our home sold quickly and at a price that far surpassed our expectations. We placed the price higher than I imagined we would and ended up with an offer far above asking. Additionally, when the buyers inspection was complete, Oliver was able to negotiate in our favor. Oliver and Elizabeth presented a time line explaining the entire process from start to finish. There was never a snag or unexpected event. All paper work was filed promptly and all emails and phone calls returned immediately. What can be an emotional process remained very simple and low key. They are delightful, considerate and intelligent people that made the experience as easy as one could imagine. Make the right choice and hire them! You will be happy you did.

Josie made a deal happen that I didn’t think would make it. She found me a multi unit building that was off market. She handled the complex and stressful deal in a calm and logical manner and protected my interest every step of the way. The other agent was very difficult and the escrow officer was slow and didn’t do a good job. Josie stayed on top of them and managed to push through the circus of a deal. We had squatters on the property and Josie did everything needed and beyond, to get every piece of documentation we needed to be protected. I didn’t think the deal could close. Every day I thought it was over but she pushed and was very thorough in her paperwork. She also recommended I start drinking Chamomile tea for my stress! She calmed me down and I got a great deal on the building. She is definitely a bulldog. She was attentive to everyone involved in the transaction and made the impossible, possible.
