Fulfilling a childhood dream, Pia came to Los Angeles alone in her early 20's to pursue her California Certified Public Accountant's (CPA) license. Emerging from the entertainment industry where she used her accounting skills, she has been trusted to handle sensitive and highly confidential information serving celebrity clients and high-net-worth individuals. She has always had an analytical mind, skilled with numbers and always operates with discretion and integrity. Culminating her true passion that combined her ambition and talents, her desire to help people with problem solving, and her taste for luxurious homes and interior design, evolved into the integrated world of real estate representation. Her persistent nature and love of service combine to position her as a talented real estate broker to handle the tedious task of buying or selling your dream home. And yes -- Pia also has the distinctive credential of holding her broker’s license. As both a visionary and pragmatist, she encompasses all the traits necessary to make any client feel they are well guided through any real estate transaction. What is the core value of your business?

The core value of my business begins with my Personal Core Value. We have our primary job and our secondary job. Real Estate is secondary. Giving the best of yourself to the world is Primary. It is the greatest gift we can offer to anyone. Real Estate service goes deeper for me. I always remind myself that patience and kindness go a very long way and I want my clients to feel that I care for them like I do for my own family and friends.

Why do you think having a team is important and how do you choose one?

One cannot achieve great success alone. You will always need the help and cooperation of others. I joined Ernie’s team when he was at Coldwell Banker and from the second I met Ernie I felt extreme positive energy which has been consistent every time I’m around him. I admire him as a businessman and a mentor, but also as a person. It is of absolute importance to me to affiliate myself with people that have integrity, respect and unquestionable reputation. My business is very personal to me. The partnership between myself, Ernie Carswell and Associates along with Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank makes us a Global Real Estate force. This is not only a superb business collaboration, but also aligns with my intentions of surrounding myself with winners and living my life with love and service to the world.

Where do you get your passion from and how do you incorporate that into real estate?

My passion stems from humble beginnings abroad. Without internet and cellphones back then, all I had as a child were my dreams and imagination. That is the strongest muscle I have. I stick to the vision of the best scenario I can have which is achieving my end goal and my clients smiling and happy. I nurture that feeling daily. Their trust in me that I will not stop at anything to get them the very best is what drives me.
