Head to El Matador State Beach for a quieter, less busy beach. Make your way down the rocky trail to reach the beach and intriguing sea caves. To get some world-class surfing in, visit Malibu Surfrider Beach, formerly Malibu Lagoon State Beach. The beach was the first to be given the World Surfing Reserve designation for its excellent surfing conditions.
